Other JV were sold of to JV partners, allowing NMT to not incur any debt or do any CRs.
Battery recycling was always seen as the core project of the company. The rest is being used to generate $ for CAPEX.
Does it take more time? Maybe. They have been holding Barrambie for the past 20 years. They knew what they had and waited for the right market conditions before developing it.
I have commented before that this company has a unique and very smart financial strategy. This is it.
