I’m unclear on the rationale here. With negative $4.8m cashflow ESH is in a strong position to progress it’s buy and build strategy?ESH have evaluated a number of opportunities. How many have been executed? It’s okay to fail, but not all of the time, and (as we are irregularly reminded) our experienced executive and management team (which we as shareholders sponsor at a premium for their extensive expertise) should have by now been able to have successfully achieved at least one of the objectives for which they have been tasked.The continued failure of the board and management, and the precipitous erosion of shareholder value, should be subject to independent review.
