Agreed - their customer quality appears to be due to the personal service they offer to high income earners. That is part of the stickyness I refer to. Exceptional personal service will be paid for without much contest by most in the high income bracket. The community banking by BEN is another niche area in which customers are retained - not something the big 4 are likely to entertain.
