Their plan as detailed below - quarterly will indicate if it is being implemented or the company has just returned to the grind of maintaining the current business model again.
In the past when they reached new heights with sales, a roadblock/s appeared and they retreated back to the old revenue survival levels.
I guess this year via the quarterlies will indicate if it just more of the same or genuine company growth in sales/profit being achieved
