A merger at 2 cents is the last thing we need IMHO. If they merge at 2 cents then all our paper losses will be effectively realised. Given the share price appears to be highly undervalued we could easily double in price on a series of good announcements, but if we merge with VEN there is little chance of seeing the price double under the same conditions due to the much larger market cap of VEN. I don't want to see a merger/takeover, or even a new "Patriot"-like deal announced, until after gas is flowing in those new pipes.
But waiting for first gas is worse than Chinese water torture.
