My understanding is the (estimated) present value of Vali is $33 million (3.1c) using $10 per GJ. $10 per GJ may be the contract price for Vali? It appears to be conservative considering they may get a better deal in the future. However, no information on how they obtained the numbers for the costs, so it's not detailed.
They value Odin differently at $1 per GJ of resource or $7 million (0.6c).
