RED5 is trucking UG ore from Darlot, 80km from KOTH - Gwalia is a mere 35km from KOTH - KOTH milling costs 1/4 of SBM !!
If KOTH could get a long term commitment of Gwalia ore, then a second crushing circuit and additional power circuits would be possible, achieving 10 mtpa throughput = profit monster.
Darlot ore could be offered to Thunderbox .... the rationale for M&A is compelling, if a way can be found to deal with SBM's low quality assets IMHO.
Once fully commissioned (expected in the December quarter) RED SP should double to an EV/Reserve similar to GOR, Bellevue, Calidus.
IMHO - Without M&A, it's hard to see SBM getting out of its market funk.
