I think a lot are missing the point here FCF had a very disappointing headline figure because of increased investment and increasing hiring to support future growth, hardly a bad thing. They could quite easily reign in spending and reduce costs to increase FCF but for a company like this growing at 20% a year, why would you? Consistent growth at these levels will have the SP significantly higher in years to come, regardless of short term price movement.
