Question for anyone. From the AR cost of acquiring new scubscriber was $484, total new subscribers were 530k, so total S&M on new customer acquisitions was $257.622m. Yet S&M for 2022 was $405.65m. Suggests the balance $148m was spent on account management on existing clients, and gross margin is a bit lower than reported.
