Technically the information is not unsolicited.. No one actually stated that a JV exists, well not that I’ve read, and that includes Paj’s post which you requoted..

Theres been plenty of speculation, seeing as though the chairman’s August 22 update states there’s some conversations happening with majors, and words such as “potential” have been used quite frequently amongst posters who are speculating..




So I’m unsure as to why you think there’s a JV agreement, and asking for links or some sort of proof,when clearly there’s no information released to market stating such a thing exists..
