I totally agree with most points you make especially # 1.
However, you lose me with MMT.
We will have to wait and see on that one, not me as I will be dead, but those who are young enough now.
Whenever we get away from proven money principles, we seem to make a mess of it down the road.
To me, how we have come through the last year so well, at this stage anyway, is the capitalist system under which we live. It has withstood massive pressure from the proponents of other utopian systems, which is still ongoing.
What has really cheezed me off lately is the number of panic merchants who change their position on ICG every day that we don't hit de mudder lode.
They insult the Dr and anyone else that they reckon is at fault of keeping them from the great riches that they so richly deserve.
Glad you avoided the Chinese flu on your trip.
