Yes! But Adam is Chairman and Inca Constitution gives Chairman the casting vote. So I say Adam is running it.
Lets get personal and say Adam's strength is his business acumen. He runs his own private companies - several of them, and no doubt is highly skilled at negotiations and forward planning on critical paths.
On geology issues (I have no idea what technical or scientific knowledge or skills he has) he would, as a good manager, take advice.
re RB, everybody I know likes RB who meets him. - I think Peru was tough, when the focus turned to the Australian tenements - brought about by that Govt Hole 4, he seemed to be slow to take up the running. Failure to get land access, or even to know where the landowner was, became the critical issue as Adam jumped into his chopper and put that problem to bed.
RB is on contract till March - why shareholders allowed such a long term contract when there was no economic success is a mystery - when it expires it is, IMO, Adam who will have to decide with support of one or both of his NEDs.
@flyboy77 your other questions are interesting and relevant, but my vomments above, I hope, will add to certainty within the SH group. (spelling mistake noted)
