Yes I agree.
I see Ross's biggest weakness at Inca was that he could not get things done.
Worse still, he seemed to take a very casual attitude to the fact that he could not get things done, and would just wait to see what eventuated without really trying to resolve the issues.
The Peruvian permits were a prime example of this in my opinion.
Your point that Ross was slow to take up on the Oz tenements is also valid.
I also had this feeling as it felt like he had to be dragged to the table on these tenements, and he only seemed to warm to them when they were somewhat tested.
Respect is earned, and although Ross is undoubtedly a very likeable person, in my opinion he has not earned my respect.
However, what really got my goat was the total disregard for shareholders when raising money.
The ridiculous discounts offered in the region of 45% to attract contributors was insulting to existing holders and in my opinion was just darn lazy.
In one instance, the sp was actually rising when this ridiculous discount was offered. Unforgivable.
No way can this be allowed to continue.
