i get the same reply or something like your enquiry has been forwarded to someone who can answer your question (never hear back).

if the plant is ready to go, and they are just waiting on sales before procuring more feedstock, the questions becomes why aren't there more sales? why wasn't there an offtake agreement prior to the commissioning being completed? are management going on the philosophy of build it and they will come?

if i was positive i'd think maybe they need more time for customers to qualify the product. if i was negative i'd think they can't find any customers because they don't have the right connections/product/combination of both.

unfortunately there was nothing to indicate which way to be thinking about this in previous announcements.
