Well it would be silly of the large buyer at 0.1c to sell to themselves. At this point, no one is looking to 3, 6 or 12 months ahead. They're after pips, and those pips are attractive at 50% and 33%.

Just gotta wait until they move on which might take some time. Of course, sentiment will flip on its head when they state more positive progress on the east coast roll out as well as other locations.
