@ValueSearchI understand the issue.....clearly not fixed, but their excuse was that it was due to acquisitions....but yes its an issue that the ARR calculation was not aligned with their view of how to calculate it
Not great, but given this mgmt team and the far flung acquisitions they have made, I can see it happening
What is probably more egregious in my view is the alliance partners....this is a big number and especially if you have some relationship where the other party is not even selling/billing the end user and you have never followed up (for 5.5m !!!)....that close to 10% of their ARR that nobody seems to have noticed was not translating into sales/revenues.
Anyway, mgmt is poor and hopefully they get some serious people in to manage the business
