The issue is not performance but the discount to NTA.
Once shares are swapped for EAGF you can sell at NTA and invest your money with a proper fund manager.
A similar change in structure has been done by Antipodes and others. It's the right thing to do by shareholders.
I'm hoping that other international LIC trading at steep discount to NTA take notes (VG1, VG8, PMC, MEC). Platinum for example who could easily offer a conversion PMC to PIXX.
