    never seen such a controlled rise... every few hours it pips up. zero selling pressure, cap appears, which then gets pulled/wiped at close.

    its like someone pips it up to tempt out sellers... oh none.. oh ok what about half a cent higher... rinse repeat until liquidity emerges which aint coming until atleast late 20s early 30s
