here me out here... 5 weeks or so until pfs suggests its likely in draft form being detailed. how many hands do you think a draft passes through at cst staff, the consultants drafting it or the lawyers?
6 weeks out and we are ticking up steadily...big bites at open and close with bugger all throughout the day....but not enough to trigger a speeding ticket..
makes you wonder doesnt it.
