that depends, once they finalised Rover 1 and 4 drilling, they can spend the next wet season (6 months from now) doing the EPA and DFS as well as establishing possible financing mechanisms. further too, with a PFS out there, with hopefully positive numbers, it should put a floor underneath the market cap at some notional value..... that i suspect to be well higher than 50m MC.
I don't think the wet season is the boogy man you think it is as CST transitions to development.
