So based on SOL holding 37.62 percent of the company (as per the 2021 annual report) and the NHC announcement today they will receive a 175 million dollar dividend from NHC in this half alone. The cash flow from investments in the last SOL annual report was 180 million in total so it's going to provide a massive cash flow boost with hopefully more to come over the next 12 months while coal prices are insanely high. SOL does have some history of special dividends in the past although I believe that was after selling mining assets rather than getting special dividends and passing them along. It will be really interesting to hear the results tomorrow and see whether they've reduced any of the holdings they inherited from Milton yet.
