    Mikalee is correct about the very large sums paid for acquistions. From my memory it would have been in the vicinity of $70 million and probably more. Mikalee is also right about the performance targets these acquisitions were required to deliver, and furthermore, that they actually did deliver. I also agree with Mikalee that our glossy strategies (synergies, one stop shop, planning design, etc etc) have been highlighted for a long time (five years?) along with the target of 16-17% gross margins, yet we have failed to deliver for an equally long time. Unless I missed it, the 16-17% margin seems to have recently been dropped from the fanfare so that begs the question, 'what exactly are we targeting?'. If we can expect close to $100 revenue, what is the plan that gets us say 10% net profit, or even 8%. I don't think we've ever had one, have we?
