I’ll pay that, let’s see what happens when the interest rate
lever is pulled in a couple of weeks time. Obviously there
are other punters out there with pretty big concerns. If it
was all blue skies ahead then I’d be wondering why MYX
almost hit its low for the decade today. The other issue is
the massive dilution that’s occurred with something like 1.7
billion shares on offer now, so it’s been wealth destruction
101 as everyone knows. I guess we’ll find out how defensive
a stock this is when the lever is pulled. I’m amazed that
someone on this forum has a margin loan against their
holdings. That’s a pretty brave thing to do IMO but each to
his or her own. I’ve liquidated all assets other than one company
and converted my entire super to 100% cash in anticipation
of grey skies ahead and a stock market crash being triggered
in the States by the rise in interest rates. Maybe it won’t come to
fruition and maybe if it does MYX won’t be impacted but I suspect
we’ll find out fairly soon.
