Hilarious, beware the first time poster encouraging retails to throw good
money after bad at a failing company. Advising people to do the opposite
of what makes good sense. I have stopped short of advising anyone to do
anything despite my extreme criticism of this company. I don’t short as I’m
a retail and I doubt this person is. No one should view this company with
just a blue skies mentality. It should also be viewed with ‘How will I feel if
it fails and how will that impact my finances going forwards?’ I’m not saying
MYX will fail but the market is pricing it for failure so beware the idea that
this is a hidden gem and everyone else has got this one wrong. High debt
with uncertain profits on a new product, almost all eggs in the one basket
by a big gambling CEO with a poor track record and poor communication
and an inability to provide any market guidance whatsoever should have
everyone’s alarm bells ringing. Should E4 be another flop, where will that
leave Mayne? If it’s too good to be true it’s too good to be true. Companies
that shouldn’t fail always fail because of poor leadership and irresponsible use
of SH’s money. Financial problems get masked by low interest rates and cheap
money but debt always has to be paid back and lenders are unforgiving when
it comes to defaults should that occur. The SP is telling the market something.
As I said recently it even looks too dangerous to trade ATM because we keep
getting lower lows and lower highs in dangerous economic times ahead.
