CBA has 15.9 million customers and that number only grows because of its immense marketing power and brand.
"Line-up in front of CBA" - that's exactly what they do at CBA branches. People are lining up to get their loans to buy property, but the other bank branches are relatively quiet, probably because CBA is offering the fastest approvals thanks to its digital leadership.
Of every 100 immigrants, I would say the majority will become acquired by CBA and then the others will fight over the crumbs.
