Based on their financials and their debt situation, as alluded to by the auditors in their last interim report, this company is heading to (obviously all in my opinion) to Chapter 11. Unless of course they can convince a numbskull private equity player to fork out 100 million dollars IN CASH. I wonder if they are even paying their bills in Manila? Perhaps we (I) should find out. The best way to do this is to ask the new USEC of the DOE Sandy Sales (ex-Philodrill, ex-Operator of SC6B). He is in fact going to the DOE as a USEC despite my early early early early claim predicting it.
