WTI getting close to breaking 80 dollars (on the downside). That is more than a 40 dollar shift from the highs of this year. Why is this significant? Because investment in SC6B And SC54A are highly (repeat...highly) dependent on the price of oil. Why? Because the reserves are marginal. The IRR on Cadlao is looking less and less interesting to a private investor (the only hope for SGC).
