This is about a third the market cap of HE1 UK listed Helium One. Both companies with similar sized prospective resources and both drilling in the Rukwa area in Tanzania in about Q3 for helium.
Main differences maybe:
HE1 already drilled but a duster in 2021 but still claimed helium shows to maybe help their upcoming drill?
HE1 funded for drilling whilst NHE still do to a farm-out?
HE1 got Rukwa licences in 2015 so maybe got the pick of them whilst NHE got Rukwa licences in 2019 but maybe targeting different trapping structures?
