check out the underlying EBITDA in calendar year 2021, first half v second half:
so the second half of the year was underlying EBITDA was break-even? then in our most recent quarter it was back to -$0.2M. So sounds like if they wanted to be EBITDA break-even or even positive, they could be. But they are chasing growth and managing existing resources (cash). Important to note we would have had RIMAB contributing to EBITDA in the last quarter.
Prove to the market that you are not needing more equity and that will be a big weight off investors shoulders...
they talk about aquila in the cloud signed deals of $2.7M ARR at 31 March, but of that i suspect only half that is actually billing. Convert that signed pipeline into billing clients and surely we are self sufficient...
I know its not what we all bought IME for originally, but RIMAB is a neat little business on its own. German of all people would want to be protective of its value given where he vended it in at...
get the tax loss selling done and revisit with a clean slate 1 July..
