Hi Wilburin,
The $2.7 mill ARR for Cloud signed deals has been accumulated over a number of years (see below table). Imex signed $200k and 6 deals in the March 2022 quarter. I would hope the other $2.5 million (pre Dec 21) has already been converted to billing.
Why do you think only half is actually being billed?
