According to NewsCorp press, NAB’s acquisition of Citibank not going well, especially when the ACCC is calling it out and complaints are up.

The article points out Chris Sheehan, NAB executive for group investigations and fraud not refunding some “self funded retiree” and the Consumer Action Law Center saying that people need to take account of the use of Citibank accounts, and that customers should be defined.
Looks like a nightmare for NAB..
