Not a lot has changed since my last post.
Two of the reasons BC8 struggles to move higher is resistance and sector sentiment.
Sentiment appears ready to turn.
My trading chart shows current major resistance has been in place since April.
A breakout and the double bottom could propel the price higher quite quickly.

On the short term chart we already have a breakout. Support has been tested and held.
Looks good to me.
