yes I agree, China has been the main factor for them, that and the Mag 7 as well
if you look at the 20 year charts that are produced on which broad asset classes outperform each year you can see that the non US tech sectors have done pretty poorly..emergin markets in the bottom consistently. But as you can see over the 20 year period it does sort of even out. I think that it the bull case for PTM, they have just been hit by a perfect storm...
