Good morning all,
Regarding the AGM resolutions, how are most thinking of voting and their thoughts behind it.
Resolutions from 1-3, I will be voting as per company recommendation (1&2 For,3 Against), but res 4 (AP performance shares) I'm leaning to go with "Against." I feel at this point of the company situation there needs to be a revenue coming in, before dilution and shares are just given out, to our Management that are getting a very decent salary (especially for a company not making money-yet).
Is this a poor way of thinking though, and could voting "For" actually benefit shareholders?
