The lawyer tried to go full ham as this article states, guess it will take decades more for this to grind through courts around the world but it will happen.
Just like J&J and their baby powder, 3M shall someday be forced to claim bankruptcy.
In the mean time, certainly in Australia, a lack of regulation, accountability and awareness will continue being the silent wrecking ball for some time yet.
We also have our fair share of PFAS cowboys operating here.
