Have not seen anywhere that says 25% dillution. There was a 10% motion that was passed and I'm yet to see a company AGM where this is not put forward as an insurance policy if you need to raise cash. Otherwise it would be like buying an umbrella when its been raining for days. This is just a standard motion that doesn't need to be used, but better to have than not as you would have to organise an exceptional AGM which costs money.

As Scottm mentioned, they are getting $25m soon from Oaktree at a premium of $0.09 a share and that Spain was already at breakeven with a 2nd Tomra coming soon which should then make it profitable. Carbine is hardly burning cash, they are not far away from the new crusher turning up which will push them into profitabilty given Kevin said they have about 250,000 tonnes of ore ready to go after the new scotty excavator turned up. This was all in the AGM yesterday so I would suggest you have a look at the presentation.
