    That has been a standard line in every AGM. It gives the company maximum flexibility, should they wish to utilise it. As mentioned already, Oaktree $25m, plus the expected cash from tungsten production means it's an insurance policy rather than a red flag.

    If it were to be used, it would be aimed at building the various cluster mentioned FNQ and Europe (building assets).
