The re treatment plant has been a disaster from the start to finish. For more than 3 years they through cash at it by adding and modifying. It was like they were making it up on the fly and could never got near their production targets and even further away from it be cash flow positive.
The only winner out of this to me was Cronimet, who only had to buy half of the production at the gate, before selling all of it $$$.
