Oaktree and Cronimet are institutional and strategic investors coming out of a vended transaction and a JV agreement respectively - they are in with big licks in one transaction. What we want to attract are institutional investors coming in "on market" and stimulating the interest with some volume. Some longer sighted small/mediums who want to build a position because they can see the risk reducing and they understand the supply/demand position on the back of the various geo political plays going on
