I agree, it's not a priority but I think it needs to happen for the medium term standing of the company. Once other things are bedded down like profitability.
It's a reasonably easy thing to do and it's not cover for anything else.
Obviously PLS has benefitted from the hype in lithium. It wouldn't matter what your share price is, if lithium was your play. Unfortunately, tungsten doesn't have the same hype (yet).
