Share prices can remain underappreciated for a long time whilst investors look elsewhere or simply don't know about the stock. If you believe in it hold on, if not then the market is getting it right and it should be at the current low valuation. I suspect the company isn't well known among investors and investors are wary of the low profit margins and risky future.
