Its very rare for a tier 1 asset like this to give these sort of opportunities twice! (I was content with my $3 cash in and wasn't hoping to buy back - but cant say no either when its presented to me)

Low lithium prices + some degree of construction/ramp up issues may provide a perfect opportunity to Gina and Co. to make their move on Liontown after the 4 months window.

After raising heaps of new capital (debt plus equity) and having substantially completed construction by Feb2024 with some progress made on Sumitomo relationship, Liontown will be worth lot more than the 6 billion ALB offer. If on the other hand lithium prices start to ramp up again - Gina wont be able to buy this company!
