great summary @sentinel1221 , thank you. A reminder to everyone that Hancock has 19.9% but has not requested a seat on the board. As a director she cannot be part of a take over play. This tells us she wants to take us over either alone or more likely as part of a JV. While TG and friends have a blocking stake, as we do, we can call the shots and as the mine progresses further the price will have to be much much higher than $3 if any offer is to be successful. Shorters be warned.
