NAB isn't the worst of the big banks in this regard: that title ought go to ANZ.
But it's absolutely nonsensical that Oz's big four banks refuse to lend to new coal mining projects, given that our thermal coal is of such good to excellent quality that it reduces emissions in other nations (that would buy the product from other nations if Oz did not supply).
Shame on the Boards and executives for being so 'woke'.
