I dont see too much value pulling out at this price - i mean sure a capital loss credit + some cash for a nice meal and maybe a hotel room to drown your sorrows? Mine will get me a good meal and some beers with mates + a trip to the casino. EDIT: sorry $200k i understand, especially if it is a super fund you wont want to risk anymore (maybe Diamond/old mate from WA?).

I think you'd be better off taking a punt with some spare cash on them but i cant get anything at .02 so might need to try tomorrow at .03 - whoever is selling might just be exiting their overall position but what management should really do is start buying at these prices to instill some confidence... Since they havent done this at all (or for a while) maybe the business will fold next year? No confidence in the board or executives - just keeping their pockets aligned. But in the off chance i am wrong, hopefully they turn it around.

I am not sure anyone will want the software enough to pay $40 mill for it when they can wait for liquidation and probably pay $1-4 million. Hell i dont even think there is demand, i tried to look for it in the past and couldnt find any video explanation or anything in relation to a tutorial of the platform. Because i couldnt find a tutorial / explanation at the time (years ago), i couldnt determine what differentiates ADS to other ad sales and their platforms (stupidity on my part).
