There is plenty to do policy wise as we have seen, but still a bit of a sideshow, manager focus needs to be on states with positive policy outcome where the owners are getting value for money and more bang per state/salesperson. According to former management we should have 4 to 6 states( & 9 sales personal to work those states) shortly and we expect the same management team would have the sales teams set up to execute and doing pre-emptive sales pitches.
