The chip shortage is well over. There's actually an oversupply of lower performing chips at the moment. Only the most cutting edge chips are still in demand, but nothing as strong as 2021. Staff shortage also shouldn't be a worry at the moment with so many white collar people being laid off.
I am also not clear about their capacity to serve large contracts, for now I trust management to know what they are doing.
