you are right, we all see current board just like you, having own farms, own dairy cattle, own plant, but cannot do this can’t do that. We currently still import $20m worth UHT milk from Noumi food, and China still imports AUD$23 billion worth dairy products from overseas every year, Australia is top 5 suppliers. So why just can’t?
that’s why they must be dismissed.
In the right hands, even if no farm no cattle, they can still run a dairy business well. Do you think Yili or Mengniu has their own dairy farms when they start to boom? Nil. That’s what I mentioned AHF has its strengths, the board just wasted many opportunities in the past and results the SP dropped from $2.5 to current 0.016 LOL
I suggest what the new board need to do,how to plan the company’s future. For me they are all achievable if I work with a tier 1 Chinese food company, 20 million liter milk production, 2m tin infant formula, to export 10k Australian dairy cattle ( even if no farm at all) , I do not think this is a big target for a listed Australian dairy company.
