finally we see this incompetent board will be dismissed soon. The sooner the better for shareholders when the company still has 5c per share net tangible asset left.

Current board has totally no idea how to make profits for the company, for the shareholders.

As I said before, every milk producer in Australia now making profits since 2022, AHF still wasted its premium quality fresh milk into powder s which is hard to sell, they wasted the best opportunity to make money from fresh milk business, imv.

Glad to see finally major shareholders stand up and seeking substantial changes of this company. Shareholders are the owners, not the board.

current situation is absolutely simple for a competent board:

1, suspend the infant formula production immediately, unless there is enough orders booked in advance.

2, sell all of the premium A2 organic fresh milk to Yiqing food group in Beijing, they can absolutely offtake all of the premium quality A2 milk and the Jersey milk.

3, together with Yiqing food group, to import NZ milk powers, then work out a new brand and formulas which is more suitable for Asian babies, if Yiqing can help AHF to get China custom registration, this is a company maker project! SHAREHOLDERS ARE NOT JUST HELPING FEW PEOPLE OF AHF TO MAKE THEIR A2 INFANT FORMULA DREAM COME TRUE, YOUR DREAM IS NIGHTMARE FOR SHAREHOLDERS. Shareholders need the cost of $15/can good quality formula, wholesale price $20/can products, Yiqing just besides you, huge market just waiting for you, to respect the facts, not dreams, to work for shareholders is so hard?

4, to change the dairy farm next to the ocean rd into multi functional dairy farm, sell tickets to the tourists , is $5000/day income very hard?
use 200 acres of the farm to apply for a NFAS registered feedlot, ready to breed and export Australian dairy cows. is $3m profit a year is difficult? Especially when Yiqing wanna cooperate with you.

How many years till now, excellent quality lands excellent quality dairy products, long history trustable brand, all totally damaged by few people of the company who wang to produce A2 formula.

Wake up AHF, it’s still not too late, lucky you hold farms and factory, not debt, otherwise all of shareholders money will be gone!

I wish major shareholders can work together for this company’s future.
even just listen to my suggestions, it’s absolutely achievable and profitable. AHF also need to become a real Australian Dairy Company. AHF had very close to a successful dairy company in the past.
