Shareholders need to read into this announcement as to what it is saying:
Firstly the ASX would not allow them to state "As such, it is probable that more than 25% of shareholders will vote AGAINST Resolution 1,meaning the Spill Resolution (Resolution 2) will be put to the meeting".
They clearly have votes that have already exceeded the 25% clip level or its so close it allows them to make the above statement.
So now it the future of this company is in the hands of the shareholders and not the Directors who have consistently reduced the value of this company for the last five (5) years
Shareholders have a chance to change the direction of the company but they need to cast a vote for Resolution 2. Don't leave it to someone else to vote as the Chairman will take your un-directed votes and vote down Resolution 2.
